Position Summary & Key Areas of Ownership A production line lead supervises and guides the team to ensure efficient and safe daily operations on the production line, meeting quality and production goals. Core Responsibilities Lead the production team, ensure they are in position and prepared, and motivate them to meet shift goals. Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure the line runs efficiently, production targets and met, and quality standards are upheld. Ensure the team follows safety protocols, maintains a clean work environment, and performs ongoing quality checks. Set up the production line, monitor inventory levels and troubleshoot problems as they arise. Train new employees on equipment, processes and company procedures. Complete production paperwork, record finished goods and track scrap and other production metrics. Willingness to cross train and provide support with other production work centers. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
