Cleanroom Production Operator Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Injection Molding Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. This role involves operating injection molding machines, inspecting and assembling parts, packaging products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate injection molding machines and monitor production. Inspect, assemble, package, and label finished products. Perform cycle counts and record production data. Remove parts from machines and follow work instructions. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

Previous production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred. Basic mechanical and math skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Experience in cleanroom or injection molding environments is a plus.

Work Environment:

Cleanroom manufacturing facility with advanced molding equipment. PPE required, including hair nets and other protective gear. Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and multitasking.
