Entry level manufacturing associate About the Role As a Production Associate, you'll receive comprehensive on‑the‑job training across multiple departments, gaining exposure to a wide range of manufacturing processes. You'll play a key role in producing precision aerospace components that meet the highest quality and safety standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
