Converting operator
Convert materials to work order specifications, including roll changes, tension adjustments, and line speed control.
Execute trials and record production results accurately.
Perform quality checks during production and ensure finished products meet specifications.
Complete production and quality documentation clearly and legibly.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and communicate maintenance needs.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow all safety protocols.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and reduce waste.
Assist with training of new operators as needed. experience 1-4 years skills Experience operating converting, extrusion, coating, or related production equipment.
Forklift experience or certification.
Experience with flexible materials or in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure. qualifications High school diploma or GED.1???2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Attention to detail and ability to follow complex work instructions.

The Converting Operator will work on manufacturing lines to convert raw materials into finished products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety at all times.
