The Converting Operator will work on manufacturing lines to convert raw materials into finished products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety at all times. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to team success.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor converting machinery according to standard work instructions and production schedules. Convert materials to work order specifications, including roll changes, tension adjustments, and line speed control. Execute trials and record production results accurately. Perform quality checks during production and ensure finished products meet specifications. Complete production and quality documentation clearly and legibly. Troubleshoot basic machine issues and communicate maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow all safety protocols. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and reduce waste. Assist with training of new operators as needed. ...
