Full Job Description Summary:
Responsible for production and quality of assigned advanced operation. Train and support new production associates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform production operations according to established methods. Typically, will perform more advanced operations for example drilling or countersinking. Interpret blueprints and/or other diagrams and work instructions to perform production tasks. Operate production equipment in a variety of areas on the shop floor. Ensure part finish quality is to requirements. Complete production-related paperwork, signoffs as required. Document part counts in ERP system. Participate in CI and Lean-related activities. Provide guidance to junior members of the team. Cross train and act as backup in other production areas. Maintain cleanliness of the work area.

Listening Typical Educational/Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED. 3+ years of comparable experience.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and write English Proficiency with shop math. Working knowledge of measuring equipment. Ability to read blueprints as required. Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Lean principles and practices.
Physical Requirements:
Lift/Carry (lbs.): 15-45 lbs., Push/Pull (lbs.): 1-15 lbs.
