Standard Fabrication - Utilize machinery to customize fabric belts (measuring, cutting, pressing) to customer specifications. Special Fabrication - Utilize machinery to customize fabric belts (perforations, v-guides, flex cutting) to customer specifications. Automated Fabrication - Utilize multiple automated machines to customize fabric belts to customer specifications. While performing any procedure, all associates and contract personnel must observe applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental rules and guidelines. The use of appropriate personal protective equipment is required. Attend and participate in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position. Adhere to company operating procedures, benefit rules, employment policies and safety policies. Press cures tubes on assigned presses Inspects tubes before and after pressing. Checks and/or changes set ups, adjusts pressure and temperature settings as required. Preparation work on tubes when necessary Responsible for the completion of accurate production record keeping. Transports finished tubes to next operation station. Punches all tubes before bringing them to the next station. Maintain good housekeeping in department. Performs other duties as required.
