This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production processes. Responsibilities Monitor and operate machines to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Utilize hand tools for various tasks as needed. Inspect products to maintain quality control standards. Assist with general production duties as required. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation. Proficiency with hand tools. Familiarity with general production techniques. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
