Job Description
- Job Title: Production Worker
- Job Description
- As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for following all procedures to safely and efficiently complete assigned production tasks.
You will operate equipment as needed to meet production schedules, assemble, package, and label products, and accurately record production information. You will also perform inspections and quality checks, complete all required documents, and ensure products meet specifications in size and appearance.

+ Check products for correct size and appearance based on specifications.
+ Fix (rework) products that don't meet standards and work with other teams to solve quality issues.
+ Help with equipment setup, calibration, and basic maintenance when needed.
+ Support the team by sharing improvement ideas and communicating potential issues.
+ Be willing to learn and work in other areas as needed.
+ Maintain a clean work area and follow environmental protection practices.
+ Support the company's safety culture and help prevent accidents.
+ Participate in efforts to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
+ Work overtime when needed.
- Essential Skills

- Work Environment
- This role is based in a manufacturing environment where individuals must perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The job involves frequent stooping and bending, and requires the physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Employees are regularly required to sit or stand and move about the facility. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norwich, CT.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $18.
00 - $21.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
