Plainfield, CT Shift:
1st Shift
•6 AM to 2:30 PM with
Potential OT Pay Rate:
$25.00/ HR

Your Life Looks Like:
Decal Installation:
Apply full-wrap decals accurately and professionally while completing assigned work within established production times
Material Knowledge:
Work confidently with a variety of decal materials while adjusting decal layouts for different body sizes, sometimes customizing and always meeting customer expectations.
Layout & Measurement:
Read decal layouts and calculate required dimensions. Attention to
Detail:
Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship, follow quality standards and strive for zero defects.
Truck Operation:
Safely operate Class 4 and larger trucks.
Tool Operation:
Safely operate required power and hand tools.
Measurement Skills:
Accurately measure and apply dimensions using a tape measure.
Work Order Reading:
Interpret work orders and apply instructions accurately.
Teamwork & Flexibility:
Work independently or as part of a team, support training, and flex across functional areas as needed.
Schedule & Support:
Work scheduled shifts and overtime and assist with additional duties based on production needs. What You Bring to the
Table Vinyl Graphics Experience:
Prior hands-on experience with vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, or large-format graphic installation.
Decal Material Knowledge:
Working knowledge of vinyl types, adhesives, application surfaces, and proper installation techniques.
Precision & Visual Accuracy:
Strong attention to detail with an eye for spacing, alignment, symmetry, and overall appearance.
Measurement & Layout Skills:
Strong measurement skills with the ability to understand dimensions, scale, placement, and graphic layouts. Basic math, tape measurement and computer skills Basic experience with hand tools Able to read and interpret blueprints for special applications High School Diploma or equivalent GED Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing Construction experience is a plus
