This position supports general shop operations by performing basic cleaning, equipment maintenance assistance, and supporting production staff under guidance. The role focuses on developing familiarity with shop procedures, safe equipment use, and workflow support.

Hours :

7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday; Saturday 7:00am to 12:00pm as needed

Reporting:

Shop Foreman Essential Duties:

• Ability to speak professionally with co-workers
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work safely
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to operate basic shop equipment under supervision
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform general clean-up around the shop
• Assist with cleaning and basic maintenance of shop equipment
• Help receive deliveries
• Help prepare shipments
• Assist in maintaining the paint booth
• Operate basic shop equipment such as band saws, drill presses, and shears under guidance
• Support the production team as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Pay:

$26.80 - $29.87 per hour
