Compensation:

The Production & Fulfillment Associate supports the day-to-day operation of our Prospector Popcorn business by producing, packaging, and shipping high-quality products while working alongside Prospects in a supportive and inclusive environment. This role helps ensure every order is completed accurately, safely, and on time while bringing our mission to life through meaningful employment. What You'll Do (aka Your Sparkle in Action) Production & Fulfillment Produce, package, and prepare popcorn orders for shipment Follow daily production schedules and prioritize work as assigned Verify order accuracy and packaging quality before shipment Help ensure orders are completed accurately and shipped on time Assist with setup, cleanup, and changeover between production runs Food Safety & Quality Follow all sanitation, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards Perform routine quality checks throughout production Report equipment, safety, or quality concerns to leadership Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace Inventory & Operations Support Stage ingredients and packaging materials for production Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs Assist with inventory counts and organization of storage areas Help maintain an efficient production workflow Coaching, Training & Mission Work alongside Prospects to model production and packaging procedures Provide encouragement and hands-on support as directed by supervisors Reinforce safe equipment use and quality standards Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, inclusion, and pride in our work Support the development of Prospects by promoting confidence and independence Assist with documenting procedures and updating standard operating procedures as needed What You Bring to the Table 1-2 years of production, manufacturing, food service, warehouse, or similar experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Positive communication skills and a collaborative attitude Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement Passion for mission-driven work and creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities Perks of Joining The Prospector Competitive salary + benefits package.
