Same Day Awards is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Production Associate / Engraving Specialist to join our team! If you enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable with technology, and take pride in producing high-quality work, this could be a great fit. In this role, you'll help create personalized awards, plaques, trophies, and engraved products for customers. No laser engraving experience? No problem — we provide training! We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Create and fulfill personalized award and engraving orders Operate laser engraving equipment (training provided) Prepare customer engraving layouts and documents Assemble awards, plaques, and other products Organize and manage inventory for assigned orders Receive and process incoming inventory shipments Help customers with in-store pickups and walk-in requests Answer phones and live chat inquiries as needed Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready Work independently while also supporting the team to meet daily goals Conduct regular preventative machine checks
