Key Responsibilities Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Troubleshoot and address basic mechanical issues as they arise Perform quality tests and inspections to ensure product standards are met Accurately document production and quality records Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth, continuous operations Environment Fully onsite manufacturing role Some degree of PPE required, which may include safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, and ear plugs Dynamic, sometimes fast-paced production environment Standing for extended periods and handling materials throughout the shift Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of basic machinery knowledge preferred Experience with production or manufacturing equipment is a plus Familiarity with quality testing processes preferred Basic math skills, including formulas, decimals, and fractions Ability to use simple measuring devices Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period Why Thermo Fisher Thermo Fisher Scientific offers meaningful work with real-world impact.
