Production Worker

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Packer/Shipper to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that caviar products are accurately packed and shipped to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the quality and integrity of our caviar stock and is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about seafood to learn about caviar. HACCP training is required, and hours can differ depending on the season. Each Monday is mandatory, unless it's a national holiday and in that case Tuesday is.

• Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and verify inventory following warehouse standards and our HACCP protocol
• Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet customer expectations.
• Pack and label products with the correct information, materials, and packaging supplies.
• Conduct order picking and fulfillment, ensuring that all orders are completed to the highest standard.
• Schedule UPS pickups to ship on time for next-day delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to warehouse supervisor guidelines and our HACCP protocol
• Collaborate with other warehouse team members to achieve the highest level of productivity and efficiency

• Skills:

• Some experience in materials handling and stock management
• Ability to perform quality control checks and ensure product integrity. No seafood allergies
• Experience working in a warehouse environment with a focus on order fulfillment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
