Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Associate to support our Suffield operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can flex across multiple processes while maintaining high quality standards. This position is ideal for a strong operator who has taken on lead responsibilities , supports team training, and can independently manage a variety of production tasks. What You ll Do Perform a variety of secondary/post-processing operations, including: Buffing and finishing Cleaning and passivation (chemical processes) Other production support tasks as needed Operate production equipment/machinery Multi-task across different processes and prioritize work effectively Maintain quality standards and follow established procedures Support training and onboarding of new team members Act as a resource to peers and help maintain workflow efficiency Assist in identifying process improvements and solving day-to-day production challenges What We re Looking For Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Prior experience in a lead or informal leadership role preferred Demonstrated ability to perform multiple production tasks with consistency and quality Experience with secondary operations (buffing, cleaning, passivation, etc.) Comfortable working with chemical processes and production equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work Willingness to support team training and development Why This Role Variety of work-no single-task production line Opportunity to take on lead responsibilities without formal management responsibility Stable, team-oriented environment Competitive hourly pay aligned to experience and local market Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (flexibility on schedule start time)
