Cleanroom Technician

Nesco Resource is looking for a Cleanroom technician located in Torrington, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift:

Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30

PM Pay:

$19-$30/hour depending on skills & experience

Position Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Clean Room Technician to support the cleaning and preparation of high-precision manufactured components in a controlled production environment. This role is ideal for someone who is focused, dependable, and comfortable performing repetitive, detail-driven tasks while following strict cleanliness and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform precision cleaning of sensitive components following established procedures Handle delicate parts carefully to prevent contamination or damage Work in a clean room environment while following gowning and safety procedures Use cleaning tools, equipment, and approved solvents as directed Inspect components using magnification tools to ensure quality standards are met Complete documentation and maintain accurate production records Maintain a clean and organized workstation Communicate any quality or process concerns to supervisors or production teams

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures Good hand dexterity and steady coordination Comfortable working in a clean room environment for extended periods Basic computer and documentation skills Previous clean room or manufacturing experience Experience in aerospace, medical device, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing environments Familiarity with contamination control or precision cleaning processes Clean room manufacturing setting Requires wearing protective clean room garments Fast-paced, detail-oriented production environment Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
