The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to work across multiple departments. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and support various sheet metal manufacturing processes, including welding, pressing, packing, and CNC operations. Assist in multiple departments as needed to meet production goals. Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and safety guidelines to ensure quality and efficiency. Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a manufacturing setting (sheet metal experience preferred). Proficiency in welding, press operation, CNC machinery, and related manufacturing processes. Ability to work in multiple departments as required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
