This role is a unique blend of business systems analysis, hands-on hardware support, security compliance, and IT asset management. You will ensure our NIST and ISO standards. Hours include Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities Compliance Management:

Implement and maintain security controls aligned with

NIST SP 800-171

(for protecting sensitive data) and

ISO 27001

(information Security Management)

Quality Systems Support:

Support the IT components of our

ISO 9001

Quality Management System, ensuring all technical work instructions and system documentation are audit-ready.

Business Systems Optimization:

Act as the primary liaison between production leads and IT to refine ERP/MES workflows and identify automation opportunities.

Hardware Support:

Provide onsite support for workstations, peripherals, and network hardware specifically within the manufacturing environment.

Asset & License Management:

Oversee all software license agreements and hardware service contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.

Vendor Relations:

Manage relationships with outside hardware vendors for repairs, upgrades, and equipment procurement.

Qualifications Experience:

3+ years in IT support or systems analyst role, with specific experience in manufacturing compliance.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Core Skills:

Strong understanding of NIST 800-171 and

ISO 27001/9001

frameworks. Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and SQL. Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac Hardware and network peripherals. Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and vendor contract negotiation. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on a manufacturing floor.
