• We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Production Lead and Smoking Assistant to join our food manufacturing team.

This hands-on role is crucial to our operation, encompassing the entire sausage production process—from raw materials to the finished product. If you have a passion for quality food, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to cleanliness, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities Sausage Production:

• Manufacture various types of sausage from start to finish, including grinding, mixing, stuffing, and tying.
• Formulate and blend custom seasonings according to recipes, ensuring precise measurements and consistency.
• Operate and maintain sausage-making equipment safely and efficiently.

Meat Smoking Assistance:

• Assist in the preparation and loading of meat products into industrial smokers.
• Monitor smoking processes—including temperature and humidity—to ensure optimal product quality and safety.
• Adhere to established smoking schedules and procedures.

Packaging:

• Accurately weigh, label, and package finished sausages and smoked meat products for distribution.
• Ensure that all packaging meets company standards for presentation and food safety.

Cleaning and Sanitation:

• Perform deep and thorough cleaning of all production areas, machinery, tools, and equipment on a daily basis, adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP guidelines.

General Production Support:

• Assist other production team members as needed to meet daily production targets.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
