As a production associate you will be an essential part of the industrial operations supporting the production and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:

Rotating shift, 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am What's the Job? Assist in removing large rolls of plastic from machines and preparing them for staging. Operate machinery to lift and move materials efficiently and safely. Support shrink wrapping and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly. Dependability and punctuality to work entire shifts as scheduled. Basic understanding of packing and staging processes. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. What's in it for me?
