Assembly Production Worker Join a Growing Manufacturing Team in Boca Raton! We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Assembly Production Workers to join a fast-growing manufacturing company in Boca Raton, FL that specializes in producing high-quality lighting systems. Responsibilities Assemble pool lighting components on a production line Work with small parts and perform hands-on assembly tasks Rotate between multiple areas of production as needed Maintain product quality and follow assembly procedures Support daily manufacturing and production operations Learn new skills and assist in additional departments as the company grows Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Qualifications Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred Soldering experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Comfortable standing and working on your feet throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn Ability to work independently in a quiet production environment Schedule Monday•
