- $20 per hour Position Overview We are seeking three reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinators to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role supports daily operations through shipping & receiving, light administrative tasks, and coordination with purchasing and inventory teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with a mix of warehouse, logistics, and office experience who enjoys staying organized and keeping operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle light shipping and receiving Label and process shipments (FedEx and other carriers) Check and verify orders for accuracy Perform general administrative and data entry tasks Assist with simple purchasing and order tracking Coordinate outgoing shipments, including packaging and documentation Manage incoming shipments and ensure accuracy with purchasing Maintain organized physical and digital records Work with finance to resolve invoice discrepancies Support product returns and provide logistics updates Assist with inventory tracking and operational support Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of experience in: Shipping & receiving or logistics Inventory, fulfillment, or warehouse operations Purchasing or vendor coordination Experience in manufacturing or operations is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Required Skills English is required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and shipping systems Why Join Us?
