We are seeking a positive and passionate Customer Care Production Logistics Specialist to join our team and provide remarkable experiences for our customers! In this role, you can expect to be the primary telephone contact with our customers and other parties for setting production appointments, installs, and following up as needed. Our Customer Care team acts as the liaison between our sales and production departments and our customers, providing excellent customer service day in and day out! 1-2 years in a customer-service, construction, or prior sales position is preferred Computer proficiency and strong data entry ability Attention to detail and organizational skills required Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Intermediate level experience with computers and programs to include Microsoft Office Applications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be reliable and dependable Responsibilities include: Call backs and continual follow up with clients, engineers and other entities related to the commencement of the project Multi-tasking, working with deadlines, and providing excellent customer service Use of various office equipment including copiers, printers, phones, fax machines, etc. Quality checks of all customer information to include addresses, contact information, phone, email, etc. Must exercise utmost diplomacy and tact to provide excellent customer service for clients. Schedules jobs and coordinates start dates with homeowners and engineers for services offered by the company Serves as the point of contact for customers, including answering questions, scheduling, and confirming installations, providing pre-installation information, assuring quality, solving problems, etc. Increases communications with the office and customers Works closely with the production team and sales team to ensure fluid communications of jobs start to finish Maintains job logs or damages and enters updates and adjustments in company database(s) Ensures completion reports are ordered as needed Communicate effectively and collaborate with people across many facets of business Meets or exceeds goals for project scheduling Keeps updated notes for each appointment created LRE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
