Job Description

Our Company is the leading manufacturer and supplier of trenchless pipeline rehabilitation equipment & materials in North America. Since 1999 it has developed systems to rehabilitate existing sewer systems without excavation. Our experience in the CIPP (Cured-In-Place-Pipe) industry has allow our company to design, patent, and manufacture state of the art technology. Based on the design of the equipment and materials, our company has the ability to offer compact "User Friendly" systems. Perma-Liner™ provides "Turn-Key" Trailer or Truck Build-Out Packages, Certification/Training, Technical Support, Marketing Support and Specification & Design Support. The Lightray Associate works alongside and with the team, stepping in as needed to ensure maximum productivity. The Lightray associate helps in following and enforcing all safety, quality policies/procedures, as well as adherence to PPE/hygiene policies. This position reports to the Plant Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Respectfully support and follow direction from all managers and supervisors about line performance.
  • Keep track of line count
  • Work to continuously improve in all areas. Ensure all actions better the business and do not break any company policies.
  • Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance and/or Supervisor.
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
  • Completes tasks as directed by with minimum supervision.
  • Update production numbers in the computer system; must be able to use a computer and type/data Competencies

  • Basic mathematics
Communications:
expresses ideas and thoughts clearly and with tact and diplomacy. Supervisory Responsibility
  • This position provides does not need supervisory responsibilities. Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-3 years of related experience preferred. Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Must be willing and able to work entire schedule as we cannot accommodate partial shifts or early/late arrivals.
  • Must be able to count and have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions).
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temp-to-hire Pay:
$17.00 - $17.50 per hour
