Job Summary:

Royal Manufacturing is currently hiring a dependable and motivated Production Helper to join our team in Clearwater, Florida . This role supports the production of high-quality acrylic and marble products—including bathtubs, shower bases, vanities, and sinks. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in lifting and moving acrylic and marble products (tubs, vanities, sinks, etc.) between workstations during production. Support various stages of the production process, including assembly and material handling. Carefully handle all products and components to prevent damage. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols and production instructions. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or manufacturing preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Basic math skills and the ability to understand dimensions and measurements. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more consistently. Quick learner with strong attention to detail. Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.

Required Attire:

Long pants (jeans or khakis), t-shirt, and closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes or work boots).
