FLg3OLqOSf-465119757) Royal Manufacturing is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Team Lead to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this hands-on leadership role, you will help coordinate daily production activities, support and mentor team members, and ensure we consistently meet our safety, quality, and productivity goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys leading by example and working alongside the production team to build high-quality acrylic bathtubs and shower bases.
