Responsibilities:

Production Team Members play a vital role in the daily manufacturing and packaging operations of a high-volume consumer goods facility, operating production machinery, ensuring stringent quality and safety standards are met, and preparing finished products for distribution.

Machine Operation & Assembly:

Operate production machinery and participate in manufacturing assembly processes efficiently.

Packaging & Labeling:

Prepare, package, and label finished goods for distribution in a fast-paced environment.

Material Handling:

Move and manage materials safely throughout the manufacturing facility.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to strict safety guidelines and operational protocols on the plant floor.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

1-4 years of experience.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted regularly, stand for extended periods of time, and perform repetitive motions.
