Production Operator

Job Summary We are looking for dependable and motivated Production Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help produce high-quality tactical gear by assembling products, operating equipment, and supporting daily production activities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment . Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do Operate production equipment following safety procedures Assemble tactical gear components such as fabrics, hardware, and other materials Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Meet daily production goals and follow production schedules Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S standards) Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns Assist with packaging and labeling products for shipment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Support team members to meet overall production goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Reliable and able to work in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 30-40 pounds. Frequent use of hands for handling materials and operating equipment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
