This position is on our 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM - Midnight. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do Manually lay out fabric using spreading equipment according to marker and style specifications. Inspect fabric for defects such as stains, holes, misprints, or other quality issues and report or flag concerns. Align fabric edges and maintain proper tension to prevent distortion or shrinkage during the cutting process. Record material usage and monitor inventory levels to help minimize waste. Accurately label fabric spreads for identification and tracking. Work closely with the Cutting Machine Operator and Cutting Supervisor to meet production schedules. Follow production orders and adjust spreading methods based on the type of material being processed. Assist with moving fabric rolls and loading/unloading spreading equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards. Follow all safety procedures and immediately report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required . Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic math skills for measuring, counting layers, and following production specifications. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for fabric spreading. Ability to lift and move fabric rolls weighing up to 50 lbs. Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
