Deerfield Custom Prints is an established contract apparel production shop in Deerfield Beach, FL. We run a high-volume embroidery floor (25 heads) for resellers, promotional product companies, and repeat B2B clients — over 33,000 pieces produced through April of this year and growing fast. We are hiring a skilled embroidery operator to help us keep up. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who can step onto our Barudan floor and run independently from day one. What you'll do:

• Run multi-head Barudan embroidery machines on production schedules.
• Hoop a wide variety of garments and items: tees, polos, fleece, jackets, caps (front, side, and back), beanies, bucket hats, bags, and patches.
• Load and queue DST files, manage thread color sequencing, and execute trim/sew-out specs accurately.
• Self-troubleshoot common issues: thread breaks, tension problems, needle changes, looping, registration, hooping defects.
• Inspect output for quality before it leaves the floor — we do not push problems downstream.
• Communicate clearly with the production lead about timing, materials, and any issues that affect the schedule.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on multi-head commercial embroidery experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Barudan machines (other commercial brands considered if your skill level is clearly there).
• Comfortable hooping the full range of items above, including caps and specialty garments.
• Able to read a job ticket, set up a run, and execute it without hand-holding.
• Reliable, punctual, takes pride in the work, and treats production deadlines seriously.
• Bonus (not required): basic digitizing experience in Wilcom, Pulse, or similar; bilingual English/Spanish.
