In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products are assembled, inspected, and packaged according to company standards. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment that requires strong teamwork and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently Assemble products and components following specifications Inspect finished goods to ensure quality standards are met Package and label products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Report any equipment issues or defects to supervisors Assist with inventory and material handling as needed Qualifications Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic mechanical skills are a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality
