Responsibilities Assemble structural components and fixtures according to construction plans and technical drawings Join cabinet boxes, face frames, doors, and drawers using glue, nails, screws, and clamps Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently Inspect finished units for alignment, squareness, and structural strength Interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate assembly Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols related to power tool use, and hazardous materials Skills Basic woodworking or general manufacturing experience Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills; power tools including woodworking drills and saws; woodworking machines Strong background in carpentry—woodworking, residential carpentry Familiarity with power tool safety standards and best practices for handling heavy equipment Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy parts up to 50 pounds High school diploma or GED Experience Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred) Assembly line production: 2 years (Preferred)
