Job Overview Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line setting. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly of products on the production line, following established procedures and safety protocols. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to fabricate components as needed. Support warehouse operations by organizing materials and maintaining inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks. Ensure that all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Participate in quality control checks to ensure that products meet specifications before shipment. After sufficient training operates machinery within inside and outside of the warehouse as needed such as Saw, CNC, Double headed saw, Crimper, Bead saw, etc. § Notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources in case of faulty/damaged product § Completes packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing and taping Experience Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred but not required. Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts will be advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining individual productivity. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
