Job Description
CNC Lathe Lead Person
Must be able to program utilizing CAD software with Solid Models and/or Mazatrol programming. Reverse engineering capabilities a plus. Must be able to interpret blue prints and drawing. May work directly with offline programmers that utilize CAD/CAM software, simulation software and 3D Models to support machining and process development. Work from blueprints, engineered drawings and solids. Make required adjustments to machinery to compensate for material, tooling, machine, or program conditions. Troubleshoot and resolve various types of operating difficulties. Able to provide feedback on programs and correct cutting tools to achieve required dimensions and finish tolerances. •Pay based on experience•. 5 Years experience minimum. Overtime available. Read and edit CNC Lathe programs. G and M Code experience required. Effectively use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and other hand inspection equipment. Familiar with cutting tools; their applications and uses; and other tools associated with metal cutting equipment. Ability to adapt to quick changes in schedule. Work in a team environment and take ownership of the position to provide the best quality product for our customers. Troubleshoot non-conforming or unexpected results. Dependable On Time everyday Reliable Perform required tasks with little to no supervision. Detail-oriented Enjoys taking on challenges

Work with material such as aluminum, brass, plastics, stainless and mild steels.Must be able to program utilizing CAD software with Solid Models and/or Mazatrol programming.
