Job Description This Production Lead will be responsible for: Determining production schedules based on customer and departmental requirements Communicating production needs with planning and other manufacturing departments Training team members and ensuring production orders are properly closed out Ensuring production orders are accurately confirmed and logged within systems Interviewing candidates and supporting hiring decisions Documenting machine setups, fixturing requirements, and work instructions Conducting on-the-job training and reinforcing quality expectations Auditing quality control records and inspection processes Ensuring work-in-progress materials are properly identified and tracked Auditing production order confirmations for accuracy Coordinating improvement projects with production schedules MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
