Responsibilities:

As a Pattern Maker, you will draft, modify, and refine detailed patterns to ensure strict adherence to exact technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with the design team to interpret creative concepts, participate in garment fittings to perfect functionality, and ensure all patterns align seamlessly with local manufacturing requirements. Additionally, you will maintain organized pattern archives to support data-driven production timelines and contribute your insights during collaborative design brainstorming sessions.

Working hours:

6:30 AM

PM Skills:

• Previous experience developing patterns specifically for ballistic apparel or tactical gear
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and process archives
• Proficiency using AutoCAD and Gerber software to draft precise patterns

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in garment design and technical pattern making
• Demonstrated skill in creating detailed visual designs using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
