This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, process-driven work and takes pride in producing accurate results. Every day you'll help support real estate transactions by researching and processing municipal lien information while meeting clear quality and productivity expectations. Responsibilities Process municipal lien orders accurately and efficiently. Research taxes, utilities, permits, code violations, and other municipal records. Contact municipalities and utility providers to verify information. Maintain a daily production queue while meeting quality standards. Review completed work for accuracy before submission. Document activity within internal systems. Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely order completion. Preferred Experience Administrative, processing, title, mortgage, escrow, or real estate experience. High-volume data entry or production work. Experience working with deadlines and quality metrics.
