Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembler / Production Worker and become a vital part of creating high-quality products in a fast-paced factory environment. Duties Assemble components and products accurately on the production line using hand tools and power tools Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure product standards are met Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues and assist with equipment setup or adjustments Follow safety protocols diligently while working on the assembly line or operating machinery Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote a safe manufacturing environment Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished goods Requirements Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred; hands-on assembly experience is a plus Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation and inventory handling Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for working with mechanical parts and tools Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment effectively and safely Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks with precision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards in manufacturing processes Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting; willingness to learn safety protocols Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing outstanding products while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
