Sharping Lines LLC is seeking two dependable and hardworking individuals to assist with the preparation of shipping containers for painting and restoration projects. This position focuses on surface preparation and does not require advanced painting experience.Responsibilities:
Sand, clean, and prepare metal surfaces for painting. Remove rust, dirt, debris, and loose coatings. Operate power sanders and basic preparation equipment. Mask and protect surfaces before painting begins. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow company safety procedures and instructions.Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of painting and surface preparation. Experience using sanding machines, grinders, or hand tools is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions. Must be physically capable of lifting and moving materials as needed. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Compensation:
