We are a commercial, wholesale, fresh food, production company. Icebox Pantry provides elevated wholesale solutions for all types of businesses, from branded grab-and-go to large-scale bulk production.
JOB SUMMARY
A Production Food Worker is responsible for providing a supportive role to kitchen staff in the preparation of meals and ingredients. Must be able to work evenings and weekends if needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform routine kitchen tasks. Deliver ingredients to Production crew Follow the prep list created to plan duties. Measure ingredients to be used in preparations. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly. Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Minimum of 1 year experience as a prep cook High School Education preferred, any culinary school experience a plus Knowledge of Health and Safety rules in a kitchen Must be flexible to work various days and schedules Must pass a criminal background check
