JOB SUMMARY

A Production Food Worker is responsible for providing a supportive role to kitchen staff in the preparation of meals and ingredients. Must be able to work evenings and weekends

JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare a variety of food items following established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Package meals accurately, ensuring proper labeling and food safety protocols are followed. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment regularly. Assist management by notifying supervisors of shortages or expired items.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Minimum of 1 year experience as a prep cook High School Education preferred, any culinary school experience a plus Knowledge of Health and Safety rules in a kitchen Must be flexible to work various days and schedules Must pass a criminal background check
