This role is responsible for ensuring that what's in our system matches what's physically in the warehouse—every day. If you are someone who notices discrepancies, investigates root causes, and fixes problems at the source, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve inventory accuracy of raw materials and components Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in real time Investigate and resolve inventory variances (shortages, overages, mis-picks, incorrect locations) Audit receiving, putaway, and picking processes to identify breakdowns Ensure proper labeling, bin locations, and lot tracking Work closely with warehouse, picking, and production teams to prevent errors Update and maintain accurate data in inventory systems (Fishbowl or similar ERP) Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices Reduce inventory write-offs and material scrapping
