Production Worker ( Print Shop)

Duties Operate and maintain printing equipment, including flexo presses, CNC machines, and screen printing setups, ensuring smooth production flow. Assist in prepress tasks such as layout design, typography adjustments, and color management to prepare files for printing. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues related to color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality. Manage material handling using forklifts or other machinery to load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products efficiently. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. Support machining processes related to print components or fixtures, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with graphic designers or clients when necessary to review proofs, make adjustments, and ensure print advertising meets expectations. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing or print shop environment with familiarity in screen printing. Ability to operate forklifts or similar machinery safely is preferred Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintaining printing equipment. Familiarity with print advertising standards and the technical aspects of layout design is advantageous. Prior experience working with CNC machines or machining processes related to print production is beneficial.
