Production Associate - Jacksonville, FL The Production Associate plays a key role in ensuring our food products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. Production Associates work on the production line performing various tasks related to manufacturing, packaging, sanitation, and quality assurance of food products. We are currently seeking full-time Production Associates for our production facility in Jacksonville. Schedule & Availability Requirements Candidates must be flexible and available to work varying schedules based on business needs. Employees are required to work weekends and holidays. Shift schedules and start/end times may vary depending on production demands. Candidates must be willing and able to work shifts up to 12 hours when operational needs require it. Overtime may be mandatory during peak production periods. Production Associate Pay $17.16/hour starting pay $17.95/hour after 90 days $18.74/hour after 1 year +$0.20 shift differential between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Production Associate Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and production of food items following established standard operating procedures. Operate various food production equipment safely and effectively. Carry out all tasks in a manner that promotes food safety and complies with all quality, safety, and health standards and regulations. Perform quality control checks to ensure production output meets company quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Ensure production schedules are met by efficiently performing assigned tasks. Handle raw materials and finished products according to company standards. Assist in packaging and labeling final products. Report machinery or equipment issues to the shift supervisor or maintenance department. Participate in training and continuous improvement activities as required. Support other departments or operational areas as assigned by management. Prior experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards is desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attendance and punctuality are required. Must demonstrate flexibility and reliability to meet changing production demands. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and extended hours as required.
