You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the Manufacturing Support Team. Our team is responsible for supporting production, business, and other processes. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Support Team Member you will be responsible for collaborating across functions to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation while supporting our production and business operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Interact with program and floor support to resolve problems, improve processes, and plan products. Assist Product Leads with managing projects that keep production on track and on target. Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Maintain clear documentation and reporting of process changes. Basic Qualifications:

Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Microsoft office suite experience Experience in a manufacturing environment Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Desired Skills:

Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience Experience with tracking and managing quality, and schedule in a manufacturing environment Experience working in a union environment Performance Management Team experience Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques

Test and Assembly Experience Security Clearance Statement:

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
