Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Job Summary Printeez LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented DTF Production Operator to join our growing production team. In this role, you'll operate industrial Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing equipment, including printers, powder shakers, curing ovens, and finishing equipment. You'll help produce high-quality transfers while maintaining efficient production and exceptional quality standards. Candidates with experience in DTF, DTG, screen printing, large-format printing, or other digital printing technologies are encouraged to apply. As our company continues to grow, you'll also have opportunities to cross-train on DTG printing, embroidery, fulfillment operations, and production leadership. Responsibilities Operate industrial DTF printing equipment Operate automatic powder shaker and curing oven systems Prepare artwork and production files for printing Monitor print quality throughout production Perform daily equipment maintenance and cleaning Troubleshoot minor production issues Package and organize completed transfers Maintain consistent color quality and production standards Ensure production meets daily quality and productivity goals Keep workstations organized and clean Follow all company safety procedures Assist with other production tasks as needed Qualifications Experience operating DTF printing equipment is preferred Experience with digital printing, DTG, screen printing, large-format printing, or other industrial printing equipment is considered an asset Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to troubleshoot production issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Experience in garment decoration or apparel production is considered an asset.
