Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Job Summary Printeez LLC is seeking an experienced Kornit DTG Print Technician to join our growing production team. This position is ideal for someone with experience operating Kornit Direct-to-Garment printers or other industrial digital textile printing equipment. You will play a key role in producing premium-quality apparel while maintaining our high standards for color accuracy, print quality, and production efficiency. If you have experience with industrial garment printing but not specifically Kornit equipment, we encourage you to apply. Training may be provided to the right candidate. As our company continues to grow, you'll also have opportunities to cross-train on DTF production, embroidery, fulfillment operations, and production leadership. Responsibilities Operate Kornit DTG printers and related production equipment Perform daily startup, shutdown, and preventive maintenance Load garments and monitor production throughout each print run Perform printer calibrations and quality checks Troubleshoot print quality issues and minor mechanical problems Maintain consistent color quality and print accuracy Monitor ink levels and consumables Maintain production records and machine maintenance logs Ensure production meets daily quality and productivity goals Keep workstations organized and clean Follow all company safety procedures Assist with other production tasks as needed Qualifications Experience operating Kornit DTG printers (Atlas, Avalanche, Storm, etc.) is strongly preferred Experience with other industrial DTG printers such as Brother, Epson, Aeoon, ROQ or similar equipment is considered an asset Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent troubleshooting skills Experience in garment decoration or digital textile printing Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Experience with DTF printing, screen printing, embroidery, or other apparel production equipment is considered an asset.
