Full Job Description Shift Schedule:
Sunday -
Thursday Shift Hours:
11:30 PM to 7:30 AM EST Summary Maintain operation of the SMT Machines. Ensure that all kits are sent to the production floor with the correct quantity for the Manufacturing Order and in the correct condition/ orientation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Check kit pick list for correct part number and quantity. Verify Split Reel and Package to issue correct quantity to the manufacturing floor for the specific manufacturing order. Verify that all material is free of damage. Help maintain
ISO 9001
documents that apply to area. Assist with set-up, operation and maintain screen printers, glue machine, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and other equipment used in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards. Responsible for cleanliness of area and surrounding workspace. Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business. Qualifications Strong organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Must be a team player with the ability to work with all levels of employees in a diverse environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic Computer Skills. Knowledge of Shop Floor System.
ISO 9001
experience desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary. US Person as defined in 22 CRF Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees and those given asylum in the United States, and temporary residents granted amnesty) since work includes ITAR controlled technical data.
