Position Overview The Hand Filling Production Associate is responsible for accurately filling essential and fragrance oil bottles ranging from 10 ml to gallons. This role requires an individual who thrives in a repetitive, detail-oriented environment while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency. Candidates must be comfortable with high-precision, tedious tasks and physically able to safely lift and move materials up to 25 lbs across the production area and stay on their feet for the duration of the shifts. Key Responsibilities Hand fill products into 10 ml to 4 oz bottles with speed and accuracy Inspect bottles, caps, and fill levels to ensure quality standards Safely lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed Maintain clean and organized work stations Assist with labeling, packaging, and sorting products Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures Work with supervisors to hit daily production goals

Requirements :

Comfortable performing detailed, highly repetitive, and tedious hand-filling tasks for long periods Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small bottles (10 ml) and precise pouring Strong attention to detail to prevent spills, waste, and inaccurate volume levels Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to keep pace with production goals

Preferred :
