Job Description
Production Associate / General Labor (Forklift Experience Preferred) Join Our Team! We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Associate / General Laborer to join a growing manufacturing company specializing in high-performance polymer concrete products used to modernize infrastructure. This is NOT a construction job. You will be working inside a manufacturing facility producing precast concrete samples, including railroad tie samples and other innovative infrastructure products. If you have warehouse, manufacturing, production, or construction-related experience and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist in the manufacturing process by mixing materials and components to create polymer concrete slabs and precast samples. Handle raw materials and finished products throughout the production process. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (forklift experience required). Load, unload, organize, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas. Read and follow production instructions and safety procedures. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals. Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or construction-related environments required. Forklift operating experience required. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. Knowledge of carpentry, woodworking, or construction materials is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Strong attention to detail with a positive work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull 70-100 lbs frequently. Able to stand, bend, kneel, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
